Pain!!

Currently getting severe pain middle/upper left side of back which is radiating to my side, started yesterday, keeps coming in waves of sharp stabbing pain, don’t want to breathe, anyone else experience this or know why this is happening?

Also pain lower right groin which also started yesterday.
