Do you get nightime leg cramps

Ive been getting painful leg cramps at nightime. Last night was both legs and now i can barely walk today😩😩

Up your potassium and magnesium intake! I had horrible leg cramps and then I started to add more potassium rich foods to my daily diet (avocado, coconut water, potatoes, bananas) as well as an electrolyte powder and I haven’t had one since!

I only get them if I accidentally sleep on my back. I get about 4 to 7 legs cramps a night. They SUCK!

Yup! I only get them while I’m pregnant. Eat bananas and stock up on electrolytes.

I had this happen to me. I changed my prenatal pills and haven't had them since. The prenatal pills I change to was over the counter and has helped me so much. I inserted a pic of the ones I use. Hope this helps you. It got to the point where I couldn't walk either.
