Tmi is this my plug 32+1

Ive been having braxton hicks they started to get more frequent last night I’ve been feeling sick with a little bit of lower back pain I’m only 32 weeks + 1 day and this is the second bit I’ve lost today but not sure if it is my plug the braxton hicks started getting worse last night after sex
