End of period? TMI

I stopped fully bleeding 3 days ago, my period was only 5 days compared to the normal 7. But it’s been irregular the past 4 months. I haven’t had sex since April so I don’t think it’s pregnancy. I’ve also been testing the past 2 months out of paranoia, neg. So is it just the end of my period?

I go the first of Oct. for birth control.
