Vitamins/supplements for period regulation and ovulation?

I was on the depo shot for 2 years but I’ve been off for about five months now. I’ve been having my period pretty much this whole time but it’s extremely irregular and I don’t think I’m ovulating. Is there anything I could take to help regulate this and get back to normal? I don’t want to get back on BC

Drink red raspberry leaf tea from the start of your period until ovulation, that’s what I’m doing to regulate my cycles I buy the Yogi brand. I’ve heard of Vitex and Dong Quai also being used for cycle regulation although I have never tried them. Regular exercise is also good for the body, and some kind of yoga/meditation to help deal with stress. Get yourself some OPKs, I got the 100pack one from amazon the brand is easy@home and I start testing the day after my period completely stops. When you get a positive on the OPK that’s when you stop drinking the tea. I’d also recommend tracking bbt, you can get a cheap bbt on amazon and just take your temp every day and input into this app - tracking bbt is used to confirm ovulation has happened.
