Period after getting off birth control

Hey ladies! So I got off my birth control about a month and a half ago. I got my period 2 weeks after that and then nothing. What’s confusing is I’m 20 now, I’ve been on it since I was like 14 so I have no memory as to if I’m irregular or not 😂 also I took a pregnant test just in case, came back negative, any tips?
