Baby shower related....

So I have my best friend (I have only a few friends, less than 10) but one of them is doing my baby shower in November, but she wants to only have girls, the traditional way, but my fiancé has friends who are guys who want to come too, and I would have liked that. But is it ok for me to have a say on it since it’s my friend the one doing it for me or she should do it however she wants it?
