I just want to know if I’m pregnant or not already I have an obgyn appointment 10/5 I honestly don’t know what’s up . I have pressure, cramps on my left side , and then I have some noticeable spotting . Did an opk and it looks like it’s getting darker . Did 2 pregnancy test and I don’t know if I see anything .
