Ttc after implant

So now Iv been currently trying for 5/6months after implant removal, has anybody had the implant and is trying to conceive or has conceived after ??? I think my periods have regulated although I missed the month of June completely and went into a 72 day cycle .... I think I’m just stressing out... but Iv had periods since then... advice please x
