Period or surgery blood

Okay ladies I had a csection on August 17th exactly 5weeks ago Today i actually stopped bleeding a week and a half after the surgery now it started back again today much darker tho should I be concerned or is it just my period? And do periods usually come back that fast? So confused and kinda worried
