Help! Back pain advice

Any tips on helping with chronic back pain I can’t sleep.. It’s so bad right now I’m about in tears. I tried a warm bath and a heating pad but nothing seems to help. Also tried midol and Tylenol. I can’t take ibproufin because I’m allergic to it.
