Pain Without Sex?

Has anyone else ever had unexplained pain without being sexually active?

It’s been about a year since my last relationship, and I haven’t had sex since then, but lately I’ve been having a lot of unexplained vaginal pain. It feels pretty deep, sometimes comes with cramps, and is enough to bring me to tears.

I don’t have enough money to go to an OBGYN since I haven’t met my deductible yet, but the pain is intermittently awful.

Since I can’t be seen right now, I wanted to know if anyone else has had this and has any information. It would be extremely helpful. Thanks 😭😭
