I popped a black head compulsively but hardly anything cane out. Now the next day i have a huge bump on my forehead in the middle. Im lucky im off work because im not planning on leaving my house because of it. My skin was clear until i picked at it and now i have this obnoxious huge bump on my forehead. Any tips on how to bring the swelling down? Or any other tips in general on how to make it go away the fastest?
