Essential oils?

I’m mostly curious if you can diffuse essential oils during pregnancy and which kinds? I have been looking for a diffuser recently idk why it’s been on my mind a lot lately that the smells would ease my stress of pregnancy. Thought and answers ?

There are quite a few that are safe during pregnancy but plenty that are considered not safe. I am big into essential oils ever since my two losses. I only use high grade essential oils (Doterra brand) I have a book al about essential oils and there is this page about age and not safe ones. I hope this helps!! I was told they are fine except for clary sage. Also I was told to avoid peppermint oil in the third trimester because it apparently can cause preterm labor

Check our the doterra website they sell diffusers. And on Pinterest you can search which oils are safe for pregnancy. Majority of the oils are safe, Breathe, Douglas fir,  Lavender, Wild Orange, Peppermint, and Serenity are my favorite oils to diffuse!
