I took this and 15/20 minutes later this line showed up after originally appearing negative. Is this an evaporation line or a faint positive line? Thanks!

It's an evap.  Thin and off centered and read outside the timeframe too, any test read outside the timeframe shouldn't be trusted and you should retest
