How am i not even 4 weeks yet and always feeling like im on a boat 🙈

I missed 2 periods with my first before i felt any symptoms, i didnt take a test until i was about 8 weeks didnt have a clue id need to 🙈

however this time round AF isnt due for another week and im already ready to hibernate to avoid feeling like this 🙈😂

Starting to worry it could mean twins as my maternal side has a long running theme with twins skipping a generation and the last generation to have twins was my grandmother 🙈😂
