Hcg levels dropping?

Question

Has anyone had there levels drop and not miscarry? I had my 3ed draw last night at the Dr because I have been spotting since I found out a week ago. My first draw was about 226, then 207 and last nights was 176. They said it didn't meen I miscarried but I'm really nervous. They said my cervix is still closed which is a good sign, but I didn't think levels would d dip like that unless it was an MC. Any advice would be great. Please and thank you.

I really don’t want to worry you or scare you. But my levels went from 65,000 to 63,000 than to 66,000 and it was still a loss for me. Dr said it was because the placenta, gestational sac etc were still living cells multiplying and causing hcg to still slightly rise. I pray you have a better outcome and a sticky baby!!

My levels dropped and my cervix was closed. This ended in a loss for me. I’m so sorry if this is happening to you. Keep us updated

When my levels dropped my cervix was still closed, it was a loss. Ended in a d&c because my body was withholding cystic fluid.
