I started taking sunflower lecithin because I had milk build up in my right breast that I could not nurse/pump out for the life of me.

It wasn’t a clogged duct, but I could never get all the milk drained.

I’ve taken 2 doses now, one last night and one this morning and have been getting engorged.

Anyone else experience this with lecithin?? My milk is definitely flowing faster and I can feel to ducts slowly starting to unblock, but I wasn’t prepared for engorgment since my daughter is 9 months.
