Anyone tying tubes after this one?

I'm 75% sure I am, even though I'm only 26 and 3rd baby. I'm not done with college. I want to travel the world eventually and be able to do things one day that's hard to do with children. Having another will add to the stress of my already stressful life and prolong what I want to do. It's such a hard decision though.

I am! I’ll be 34 when my 3rd child is born. I’ll have an almost 13 yr old, a 3 yr old and a newborn. I’m tired! I would like to travel one day with my husband and no kids lol and I don’t wanna be 60 before I can enjoy it.

I’m 23 and this is my second, my mom told me to have my tubes tied after this one. But I know myself and in 10 years I’ll be in my early-mid 30s and my 2 kids will be plenty big enough to take care of themselves basically, so I’m pretty sure I’ll have baby fever at that time and I just don’t want to never be able to have another again. I’m going to get the copper IUD after this one though! It lasts for 10 years, maybe look into a long term birth control like that if you’re not sure?

My husband is dead set on get himself “fixed” after this baby (#3). I won’t lie, I’m kind of sad about it, part of me could just keep having babies, but on the other hand, I know it will be best for us. I also want to go back to school to earn my nursing degree, and I want to provide the best for my kids, and having more than 3 would make it harder (for us) I think. So I’m there with you. I’m just trying to enjoy this last pregnancy, and soak it all up lol.

I'm effy on it. Everyone says I need to but I don't want to unless we have a girl and I'm not 100% sure that if this one is a girl that I only want 2 kids. I guess I play it by ear

It’s totally up to you. I feel like I could never do it bc I’m not sure how I’ll feel in 8 years. What if I feel strongly that we should have another? It’s nice not to have to worry about birth control, but i don’t think I could do something so final. Good luck!
