I didn’t really know where to put this. just wondering if anyone else is going through something similar. this is after gently brushing my untangled hair after showering (there’s a lot more in the shower). i don’t know what to do. i’m 20 and I’ve lost about half of my hair. I struggle with binge eating and I don’t purge but sometimes the food comes back up (called “rumination”). I’m also stressed about my relationship, I love him but feel uncertain about our future. I lost 20 lbs over the summer but gained 10 pounds in the last month coming back to school. I probably just need more balance in my life.
