It’s only one one arm and my back. The back looks like one big spot not tiny little bumps

Looks like a rash. Is it just on your arm or on your neck-stomach area too? Does it itch? It could be hives which dont always itch or could be contact dermatitis. Think of anything that could have touched you recently or anything you have ate. Laundry detergent, new soap, etc

I don't know but I think I have something very similar! But it's on my chest/belly. 
(had mine for most of the year, it's grown and shrunk, but not gone away)

Was it after you had your LO? I got really bad postpartum hives and PUPs on my stretch marks. Do your best not to scratch it’ll make it worse. I got this cream called slush from the hospital that helped out a lot.
