24 days late for my period.

So I am currently 24 days late for my period. I have taken a few hpt’s and had 2 blood tests done and they have come back negative. There is a fair chance that I am in fact pregnant (DR. Wants me to wait until Oct. 1st to go for more blood work as he thinks my hormone levels are low) I’ve been having A LOT of pregnancy like symptoms and then this afternoon when I went to the bathroom and wiped I had a brown/pink looking discharge so I put on a panty liner and now there is more. Just curios if anyone happens to know if this looks like “pregnancy spotting”.
