Stomach flu?
I woke up yesterday and my burps smelled like rotten eggs. No vomiting, but horrible diarrhea all day and night and that has the sulfur smell too. The last two episodes have had a lot of blood in the toilet and when I wipe. No one else in my household has it. Any ideas what this could be?
