I’m trying to break the habit, but my 14mo screams until I give in. I can’t do CIO because I live in a studio apartment. I’ve tried warm water in a bottle just for fun (he loves water). It worked for a minute, then he realized what it was and wanted nothing to do with it. I’ve tried just breastmilk in a bottle and he doesn’t want that either. I honestly wouldn’t mind at all, but it’s become a problem since I work till late sometimes and my SO has to watch him for me. When he knows it’s bedtime he will literally cry hysterically for the one-two hours until I get back.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!💖
