I am 20w4d, and the past week or so I have been getting dull achy cramps... it's kind of high in my stomach, like between my belly button and ribs... It makes me feel like I need to throw up... primarily in the evening. Is this normal? I'm a ftm and don't know what to expect. Is anyone else experiencing this? What is it?

Update: Well... I'm puking like crazy. I literally just blew chunks all over the bathroom like 17 times about 10 minutes after I made the original post.... I never had morning sickness in the first trimester... Could that be what this is... Ugh my stomach hurts so bad and I can't stop throwing up
