Pumping at work? How?

So I'm 24 weeks not even close to my due date yet, but was so curious to where you ladies pump at work and how long it takes? I plan on pumping as long as I can. I work at HEB as a cashier and only get one lunch and two breaks if my shift is 8 + hours.

Legally they have to let you pump as often and as long as needed. Also provide a private room with a lock (NOT a bathroom-thats illegal). I pumped every 3hrs (3x per 8hr work day) and by the time I was completely done, it would take about 20-25 minutes per session. Make sure you have a good hands free bra. I always carried extra bottles so I didn't have to worry about washing any. I just rinsed off my pump parts and would stick them in the fridge between pumping sessions (you don't have to fully clean them that way). Take your phone in with you to look at pictures and videos of your LO. It usually helps your output! Also massaging while pumping. Good luck!

I am a teacher, and I go back to work tomorrow. This will be my first time pumping at work. I have a small pod attached to my classroom that I will be using. I will pump twice during school hours (9am and 12pm), and one more time before I leave for the day. I have a fridge in my classroom to store my pump parts and milk between pump sessions. I’ll wash and sterilize when I get home. I also have a freezer pack to put in my bag to keep the milk cold until I get home.

This is my second baby and I pumped with my first as well. I've been back at work for about a month and my body has adjusted pretty well. I pump before I go to work (12 hour shift) and then I pump every 5 hours (2x per shift) for about 10-15 minutes. I usually get 4-6 ounces in that time frame. My body has adjusted to that schedule. I pump 4x/day and get about 24-26 ounces per day. As for where to pump at work,  there should be a private room available for you.
