Not sure where to post this, but it involves pregnancy. I live in saint george Utah, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and my back has been absolutely killing me, I feel like an "old person" when I walk cause my back just feels so tight like it constantly needa popped. 8 hour shifts kill me and I'm basically a limp pile of knotted up pregnant when I get home and don't even wanna move. Still 20 weeks to go and idk how much more I can take of this pain. Someone in an earlier post mentioned a chiropractor, which I'm scared of but I feel I need it at this point. Does anyone in saint george know of any good pregnancy chiropractors that accept united health care?
