I went in for highlights (from my sister who went to beauty school and always does well) and it was my first time. They highlights were cute and so she was gonna go in with the “color” or whatever it is, so that it makes the highlights look more Carmel. Well, it came out that my entire hair went lighter and the roots are now brassy and reddish. My natural undertone is pretty copper-like, but how do you fix this?
