Slept ALL day??

Question

My three week old (three weeks today!) slept literally all day and woke up only to nurse! She nursed every 2-3 hrs as usual but she has always had some time awake since we’ve brought her hope except today. What’s up with it?! Of course I’m a worry wart and am wondering if she’s slept TOO much today..

Nope. As long as she's eating, there no concern. They've got a lot of growing to do. I remember with my first, she was 4 months old. She slept for 27 hours straight. I was in a total panic. I thought something was wrong. She went through a major growth spurt. Went from 0-3 months clothing straight to 6-9 months within that week.

3 weeks is a growth spurt so you could chalk it up to that!
