Implant removal

I had my implant taken out 3 weeks ago, the week before I was on my period (I would come on sometimes whilst on the implant). I was expecting to come on over the last few days but haven’t, I’m eager to come on so I know my cycle and work out fertility etc. Anyone have any experience with implant removals and how long it took to get back into a normal cycle. This is my first time trying for a baby and I’ve never been pregnant before so it’s just a bit worrying that I have no idea how fertile I am. I’m probably just over thinking 😂 any advice would be appreciated.
