Went to the ER last night for abdominal pain and bleeding. I found out that I have a uti on Tuesday. Hcg was 112 on Wednesday and 201 Friday. Had it taken late last night and it was 255. I’m 4 weeks 4 days and I had an ultrasound done and they couldn’t see anything so they sent me home. Friday night I had menstrual cramping and bright red spotting. That stopped but now it’s dark brown discharge. The dr told me the bleeding and cramping could be caused by implantation bleeding. I’m really trying to not get too upset but I feel like I’m going to lose this baby too. My 2 previous pregnancies were ectopic and as a result I had my left tube removed. I keep thinking the worst for this pregnancy too. I’m so scared. Has anyone else had something happen like this and still have a healthy baby?
