I need help does anyone now what this is?

At first I though it was a chemical burn. Because I work with chemicals. But I am not sure

Update: thanks girls for helping me out if you have any Suggestions of what to use  to get red of  Ringworm? That would be amazing

Looks like ringworm, which is a fungus. Harmless but can be itchy. Put some athletes foot cream on it and it will go away. 
Note: If you use the athletes foot cream and it’s not ringworm there is no harm at all.

Any anti-fungal cream. You can get some over the counter and it’s usually marketed as athletes foot cream.
