Tips on lactating?

I’m making enough milk to feed my daughter but not quite enough to store.. what are some tips for a faster/higher milk production?

I eat oatmeal and drink mothers milk tea every morning. I also pump every chance I get during the day. It’s mostly about supply and demand.. so pumping even when there isn’t much there signals the body to produce more. If my son is with me, I usually nurse one side and pump on the other. Then next feeding I switch

At about a month my daughter started sleeping longer stretches at night, so I pumped when engorged overnight. I got about 5oz a day and now have 300+ at 4 months
