Clogged milk duct
Hey ladies, I had my first clogged duct a few days ago and it hurt a LOT. I was massaging the lump which I had been told to do and it killed. Then I was shown this video which totally saved me, so wanted to pass it along. Using an electric toothbrush is genius!
