Mommies symptoms and Fever with teething? Which teeth at 7 months?

We got his bottom 2 teeth a month ago, and were cutting the top front teeth right now

My LO is 7months this week and he only has the bottom 2 center teeth. He just cut those about 2 weeks ago. He’s been teething since he was about 2 months. He’s just got swollen gums and is super fussy. When the teeth started cutting he developed a low grade temp (99-100 f) he had a temp of 102.8 for a couple of days and I was convinced it was teething. He actually had a virus. So if your LOs temp is over 101 please call your pediatrician.

One of the bottom center teeth broke through this past week for my 7 mo old. He's generally a happy baby and cries only if hungry or tired, but lately he will cry more often and want to be held more, and I attribute that to teething pain. Infant Tylenol seems to help when he seems more uncomfortable than usual.
He also woke up from a nap all sweaty when his room wasn't hot and he was in a short sleeve onsie with a thin sleep sack, so I think he may have had a low grade fever.

My little has his two center bottom teeth (got them both at 4 mo), last week he got the tooth to the left of those in and just yesterday I noticed he pushed through what looks like the 3rd tooth from center on his upper right side.. he’s been a little mommas boy and not sleeping or napping great but no fever..

My babe never got a fever really (maybe a very low grade at worst). Her symptoms were just being very fussy, swollen gums and pulling on her ears. She just turned 7 months old and she has 6 teeth! Four on top and two on the bottom. Every baby is different though.
