Strep throat and breastfeeding
I went to urgent care today and found out I have strep throat.
I mention I’m breastfeeding my 9 month old and he tells me to put her on formula while I’m sick. Ummmm, what? Why not expressed milk?
When I told him we’ve never done formula he said I just need to limit contact with her and give her bottles.
I am terrified she’ll get this. I’m in the worst pain but anyone else experience this? How did it all turn out?
