16wks 4days sore nipples?

Question

Is anyone else having nipple pain at this time? This is my second child and never had nipple pain till after my first was born and that was due to breast feeding and pumping.... This time, I'm only 16wks and the nipple pain is unreal! They are red, sore and dry. I already put nipple cream but yesterday my nipples stuck to my bra! Keeping them with cream and drink lots of water so not dehydrated.... Any suggestions?

I'm 18+3 with my second and my boobs have hurt constantly and are so sensitive still. They were never like this past 7-8 weeks last time.

I’m 18+6 with my first and yepp! Some weeks they don’t hurt, and then some days they’re going through growth spurts. Last week they grew a lot and have hurt a bunch, been heavy and nipples really sensitive, to the point that hubby accidentally brushed across one as we were laying in bed the other day and I let out this incredible gasp because it hurt so bad. Mine seem to grow and hurt and then I get used to them and the pain subsides or tones down until they grow more. Right now it’s kind of peeling them out of my bra and when I sit up in the morning and they hang down it hurts like the dickens! So you’re not alone. 1st trimester probs yeah right haha

My nipples have hurt since I got pregnant and seem to be just as bad now as they were in the beginning. I didn’t expect it to stay because the pain went away by the end of first tri with my first.
