I think it’s respectful to just use it when you need it. Everyone’s journey is different. Some may need it at 12 weeks and some may not need it at all. Just be fair. If you are just feeling lazy, that’s not a good reason to use it. If you are extremely sick, dizzy, or in a lot of physical pain, then that is a great reason to use it at any time. That type of thing doesn’t even exist where I’m from, so I’ve never even had the chance, unfortunately.

I would just use it whenever needed. I’ve never personally used them just because there are pregnant women who seriously struggle to even move at all so I’d rather it be be available to them.

Whenever you feel like it to be honest. But be nice and consider if someone might need it more. If you don't struggle with moving around or don't hurt, do you really need it? No one can tell when you need it other than yourself..

We don’t have them here, but I would say in the later part of my first trimester when I constantly had the vomits - definite yes if travelling alone, mainly for proximity to safety if hit with a spew attack 🤣 if with hubby then no, he would drop me at the door then find a park, or we would walk slowly together. Now I’m in my 2nd feeling wayyy better and haven’t really popped out, I wouldn’t until either my belly is big enough to make it impossible to get in and out of normal spaces, or if I’m having serious hip/ back issues to be able to only walk short distances. The exercise will do you good! I can’t believe people are using them at 4 weeks after peeing on a Dollarmart HPT. Wait until your late 3rd trimester when the spaces are all occupied by people using them at 3-4 weeks pregnant, and see how you like your entitlement then 😂

I say whenever you need it. I personally don't use the grocery store one all the time, like when i'm feeling good I'll just park wherever, but I have horrible sciatia and some days I just limp everywhere and it's really nice to have the close spot. I'm 25 weeks btw.

I started using it as soon as I knew...it’s no ones business how far along you are to use it.

When you need it. I’ve never needed it. It’s pretty messed up just to use it cause your pregnant.

Umm I used it whenever we went to babies r us (everyday after I found out I was pregnant) & used it after having my son too, we went the day we went home from the hospital... 😂 and I used it still every time even tho I’m not but I do look pregnant so yeah I’m lazy🤷🏻♀️😂 but babies r us closed anyways so that’s the only place that had those spaces lol
