I have no idea what this is. Anyone know anything about bees

I have a jar on my windowsill and bees come into my house and die. My sister and mom are allergic to them so I put them in a jar and dispose of them so they don’t have to touch or step on them on accident. The jar has been sitting there for a month or so with the dry dead bees. What is this yellow stuff? The jar was clean
