Cluster feeding, are you kidding me?!

Question

I don't know how many of you are still nursing but we've been cluster feeding ALL DAY. Won't touch his solids or drink anything else. Anyone else?
For those that have weened more recently, how did you do it? My guy will not allow it. Scream crying and refusal of anything liquid from a sippy or cup. I'm just losing this battle hard today.

He might be teething 🤷 My daughter just got her lower canines and didn't want to to eat for a few days when they were really bugging her

I have issues with my guy nursing excessively at night 😕 I don't know what to do about it. 
What you're describing does sound like molars or canines coming in - - my son was early with teeth so he got his 5mo ago or so, & that's exactly how he acted, only wanted to nurse. Hopefully this will pass quickly for you!

Its our fourth day weaning my son of breastfeeding, he was the same constantly wanting to breastfeeding day and night.
I just put some vinegar on my nipples each time he wants to nurse and he hates the smell so he prefers the bottle now.
First day i only nursed him twice a day and slowly cutted it down. 
Good luck its harc and some day they will have to stop. Plus my milk had started to root my sons teeth so we was a must to stop

I am not fully done nursing either. I only nurse right before bed and I am on four minutes each side now. So soon enough I will be done. That will be the hardest to cut I am sure.
I followed on of the options given on Kelly mom.com to wean thus far and it has been amazing and my little guy fussed very little.
So I choose the first to cut out and timed it. Say it was 15 min each side. Then I went to 14 for 3-4 days on each side then 13 min for 3-4 min etc. once you get down to about 4 min you can cut it out without pain and without much fuss. I used reading as a distraction or solids. 
I waited about a week or two for my body to get used to that. Then I chose the next one and did the same thing. 
It is a slow process but that is how I wanted to do it. You can go faster if you wish.
