TMI nipple cyst? Pic update

Im sorry for the pictures but I dont know how to describe properly. I posted about this a few days ago but it wasnt this bad. I told my OB about it and she says it looks like a pimple and told me to use a warm compress on it and let her know if it doesn’t go away. Well it’s gotten significantly larger and more sensitive and painful. Warm compress makes it hurt more but ice pack helps with the pain. I have another appointment in 4 days, but I’m feeling sick and I’m not sure if the two are related or if I should call my OB or wait it out.
