What time during the day do you take OPK?

Just curious as to what time is best.

Depends on the test. Clearblue Advanced requires FMU while the strips require mid-day urine with a hold. However, I tested at CD22 at the end of the day after drinking a ton of water and got this. Sooo 🤷🏻‍♀️

I heard once that FMU can bring false positives. Most women test once in the AM and once in the PM. Doesn’t really matter what time. As long as you gotta pee

Usually with FMU and then again during the afternoon sometime (any time from 1-5). 
Today I got my blazing positive OPK around 1pm, after testing this morning (~8:30) and getting a negative OPK. This is why I’m always a firm believer in testing with OPKs at least 2x a day.

I test around 2 pm generally. I’ve always caught my surge that way
