Not feeling like I have to urinate?

I am 34 days late for AF. I have sore breasts, painful and darker nipples, bloating, nausea, frequent headaches and lightheaded ness/dizziness, fatigue, exhaustion, extreme cravings, crazy amounts of gas, constipation (I have chrons so this is very abnormal for me), and I have been so irritable/emotional. And I was having to urinate every hour or less even though I was not drinking excess fluid and all of the sudden I don’t feel when I have to urinate and when I feel like I should try to use the bathroom (3-4 hours later because I’m worried) I pee so much I would think I would have felt it. I had several VFLs on FRER that multiple people said were positive then all negatives. I went to the doctors and got blood work and my HCG level was 1 which is in the normal range. I am at my wits end. I am in limbo with health insurance right now due to a new job. Does anyone have any advice? Or have you heard of something like this before?
