TMI Pic = Mucus Plug?

Question

Hi all, I’m 36w3d and per my OBYN at my appointment at 36w1d I was already at 1cm dialated. First time mom. Anyway, is this my mucus plug or just extra discharge?  It is a little “hard to go” if you know what I mean, so I was straining a bit. And since she checked my cervix and to ensure baby is breeched properly, that could just be dry blood from that?

Ok. Yes mucus plug but hose people saying you will go in labor any minute now are lying to you. 
You can lose your mucus plug and not go in labor for weeks. 
Your mucus plug regenerates. 
My second baby I started losing mine at 32 weeks. By 37 weeks I was 4 cm dilated and 80% effaced and lost a huge chunk of blood plug.... yeah I was induced at 39 weeks. 
Losing your plug means nothing unless it is followed by regular contractions or bleeding/bloody show.
