Prenatal pills?

What are some good prenatal pills? I’ve been just taking the gummy ones, not sure if that’ll help out a lot for TTC compared to the actual tablet pills.

I take the gummies because the iron in most prenatals make me extremely sick.

Gummies don't have iron... I'm taking them for now but when I run out I'll consider switching to pull form probably. But you should know that taking a prenatal doesn't help you get pregnant it helps when you become pregnant so that the growing baby gets the proper nutrients it needs. It's good to start taking them while TTC though because when you become pregnant you won't find out for at least a couple of weeks and those nutrients are important from the start.

I’ve read that the gummies don’t have iron so that’s something to think about :)

I take Garden of life Vitamin Code raw prenatals. Sometimes I also substitute for mommi prenatal protein powder since I work out frequently.
