Cramping at 4 weeks?

About 1-2 times a day for the past 3 days I’ve gotten some moderate cramping that lasts about 5 seconds. I haven’t had bleeding. I’m still worried that this could be abnormal. This is my first pregnancy so of course I have no idea what to expect yet. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this or if it’s something I should be concerned about.

It's normal... It's your uteras stretching.... Only way I would become alarmed is if bleeding starts or cramping gets to intense.e....congrats to you...

I experienced this too, kept getting them all throughout my pregnancy and still at 17weeks. Just your uterus stretching and growing , as long as they are sever and aren’t accompanied by red blood or clots, it’s totally normal

I’m currently 5w6d with my first too and get cramps everyday. It’s mostly right after I eat so I attribute it to things moving around. From what I’ve heard, it’s nothing to worry about and totally normal unless they are painful and accompanied by bleeding.
