Late period

I had sex during ovulation, my period is now late by five days. I took a pregnancy test about two and a half weeks after having sex and it came back a strong negative. I thought I was having period cramps but now it just feels like my whole body is achey. I’ve also been a little stressed lately. Can someone help me out and tell me what I should do. Thanks in advance!
