PCOS worsening with baby?

Hey ladies! I’m just trying to figure out if anyone here had their PCOS worsen after having a baby? Mine did but it got a lot worse after I was put on the Mirena birth control postpartum. So I’m just trying to see what my main causing factor is. Thank you!
