So confused anything helps

So last Tuesday I went and seen my Pcp she told me my urine test was positive a faint line she said ur very early so I scheduled my ob appointment did blood work haven’t got them back yet but I went to the er Saturday and the doc said I wasn’t pregnant and did a ultrasound idk what to think he said I had a cyst to follow up wit my doctor ok well I went and got my medical records and I looked at the ultrasound does any one know what this is
