Has any one had a dream about being pregnant? I had an ectopic pregnancy in July and i got married on the 22nd and last night i had sex without a condom and i had a dream i was pregnant with a boy and i know that I’m not going to know till later but I’m hopping my dream means something. I have a daughter she will be two in November and when i found out i was pregnant i was over the moon so I’m just hoping something come out of it
